Always a great experience and a great cut!

I would give them zero star as they messed up with my hair yesterday before a very important meeting.. The name was Angela and I explained her how I want to cut my hair and asked her if she feels confident to do it. I emphasized that I have a very important meeting and she should not do it if she is new. She said yes I can do it but then she messed up with my hair (could not even do my sides right) and when I complained she simply said she is not working there and just substituting somebody else! No opology. Another lady tried to help and promised that the manger, Debra, will call me the first thing next day but ever happened. No wonder why the employee was that or respectful and irresponsible when the manager does not care!! Do not go there! If you cut your hair yourself with eyes closed, probably you will do better job!
