I had Stacy fix my hair twice now and she is amazing. She’s very nice, we always have cool conversations, and I would definitely come back again.

Wonderful ladies work here. Very friendly, professional, courteous. Why are they standing around waiting for some internet scheduling client to show for 15 minutes while some of us are waiting here in the lobby? You’re screwing these ladies out of a living. Furthermore, why can’t I get an appointment with just my phone #? Ridiculous since I’m in your system already. The entire Sport Clips on line schedule thing is an abomination. The girls could’ve cut 4 heads of hair by now. And yet, we all still sit here waiting for some Jerk to show up in their time- with complete disregard for others. This will be my last haircut with Sport Clips until they start valuing everyone’s time- the customer and the stylists. This is one of the biggest marketing mistakes in business history. Sorry to the great girls who I love to support here. But, you’re corporate yahoo’s list me for good.
